Traditional sports like archery, lacrosse, canoeing, and kayaking hold deep cultural significance for Indigenous communities. These activities offer a connection to heritage, a way to honour ancestors, and a means of strengthening identity.

Last month, ISWO had the privilege of attending Enjdat, an event that brings together diverse Indigenous communities across Mexico and around the world to celebrate culture, foster connections, and explore new opportunities.
