Unemployment and underemployment continue to be major challenges for Indigenous youth seeking stable futures. Limited access to training, mentorship, and hands-on experience can make it difficult to secure meaningful work, even when the drive and capability are there.
ISWO’s Bridge to Employment program is changing that. Designed for Indigenous youth ages 18–34, the program provides paid training, practical supports, and real workplace experience that strengthen employability. More than a job readiness initiative, Bridge is a pathway to empowerment, confidence, and long-term career success.

Stronger youth lead to stronger communities. Bridge participants bring their skills back into their communities, workplaces, and families, and reinforce long-term economic and social well-being.
