Take your game to the next level! Join us for a Hockey Goalie & Shooting Clinic at Six Nations Sports & Cultural Memorial Centre, led by two experienced coaches from Active Crease Management.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, this clinic offers age-appropriate, goalie-specific instruction designed to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and elevate your performance in the crease.
Skills we'll work on in this clinic include edge work, crease management, moving on the angle, adjusting active angle, and depth reads. In the shooting portion of this clinic, we'll work on release point, changing the release point, weight transfer, and stick handling.
📅 Session Times
- 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Ages 8–12
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Ages 13–16
🍽️ Lunch & Learn
After the clinic, stick around for a Lunch & Learn session! Participants will enjoy a nutritious lunch and receive a copy of our brand-new Nutrition Package, developed by the Well Nation team.
Eligibility
Participants must be a resident of Ontario and hold a status card.
