Rez Hoops understands every individual learns differently, develops at their own pace and responds to various game like situations based on their own knowledge, perception and confidence level to certain stimuli. Recognizing the above, it’s Rez Hoops' goal to provide a safe space for the players to develop and hone the following:

- Individual journey of self-discovery

- Shift in thinking on the court and off the court

- Understanding that it’s OK to make mistakes on the court

- Positive mindset and mindful of their own actions and action toward their peers, coaches, officials and parents

- Expanding their knowledge and having fun at the same time
