ISWO's Bridge to Employment program is pleased to continue providing training opportunities for Indigenous youth and young adults aged 18 to 34 who live in Ontario and are either unemployed or underemployed.
The Digital Tech program equips youth with highly sought-after skills in the digital roles, such as coding, Canva, Inkscape, website and game design, as well as soft skills, resume writing, interview techniques, and much more.
Participants must be available to attend the virtual sessions Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST) and for self-directed work activities on Fridays.
The Bridge to Employment program is compensated through a training allowance (240 hours). The hourly wage is the current minimum wage in Ontario.
