David Wolfman is an Indigenous chef, educator, and television personality from the Xaxli’p First Nation in British Columbia. Through his work, he shares the traditions and stories of Indigenous foods, exploring their history, cultural significance, and deep connections to land, wellness, and community. By highlighting the deep relationships between food, land, wellness, and community, he inspires audiences to better understand and appreciate Indigenous foodways and their enduring role in Indigenous cultures today.
